1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Care for a minor may only be arranged by a parent or legal guardian acting on the minor's behalf. Providers must hold valid, current licenses to practice in their stated jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Doctor and psychologist accounts are subject to admin verification before they become active on the platform.

3. Nature of the Services

Sayge.care is a booking and communication platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent healthcare providers. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or employ the doctors and psychologists listed on the platform. Each provider is solely responsible for the clinical care, advice, and treatment they deliver.

4. Emergency Disclaimer

Sayge.care is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, having thoughts of self-harm, or facing a life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on the Services for urgent or emergency care.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments are booked based on the provider's published availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled subject to their cancellation policy.
• Please cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the specific provider's or session's refund terms shown at checkout.

6. Payments

Fees for consultations are shown before booking and are processed through our third-party payment partners. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for confirmed bookings and any applicable fees.

7. Provider Responsibilities

Doctors and psychologists using the platform agree to maintain valid licensure, provide care within their scope of practice, keep their availability and profile information accurate, and comply with applicable healthcare laws and professional standards of conduct.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with their operation.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your credentials or identity.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harassing purposes.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

10. Intellectual Property

The Sayge.care name, logo, app, and platform content are owned by Sayge.care or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayge.care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or from the clinical decisions of independent providers. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
